FrameHistoryStream

class FrameHistoryStream(renderer: Renderer) : AutoCloseable

Yields the frames renderer presented since the last getNewFrames, tracking the last processed frame ID and reporting the IDs of frames that went missing. Keep one alive across frames and close it when done.
